I purchased this for my surface computer. NO questions asked. The product ended up being recalled and they gave me a credit for EVERYTHING! So friendly and helpful!

The extra warranty gives me peace of mind in case something goes wrong with the tv past the initial warranty.

I purchased the extended warranty for my Samsung 60” tv just in case something happened to it. Luckily I did cause after two years it went out and Samsung would not help.

I have found that most TVs last 4 to 5 years before needing service. The geek squad warranty just bought me a new TV when the old one could not be repaired. It's a must have

I paid approx. $93 for this 5 yr warranty which was well worth the peace of mind I have knowing any glitch will be fixed by Best Buy.

I was told that I could buy this online, but after many support chats, in which I was told I could buy it online, I was told that I could not in fact buy it online and had to drive back to the store to buy it. (40 minute drive!) Very annoying that multiple employees and support agents had no idea the C2 had to have it's protection purchased in store.

Good service, but they don’t get you a replacement television until a 30 day wait period is over.

I haven't had to use the services of the Geek Squad since purchasing the product but I have had to use it on another purchase.

I was so glad to have this coverage. Things happen and you would be surprised at what’s covered that you have no idea are covered.

Nice to have just in case it’s needed and Best Buy is everywhere.

So far so good! Have not had to use but, will work great, have bought other plans they work and save you headaches in the long run.
