Not sure why I needed to purchase this after just purchasing a tv

Nothing better than a lil geek squad service, haven't gotten to use it yet but when I do ill update.

Best Buy always has great customer service and this service adds to that.

I purchased a TV with 5 years protection plan. After experiencing a problem, I contacted Best Buy, expecting support through the 5-year protection plan I purchased. To my surprise, they told me their protection doesn’t start until after the 1-year Samsung warranty ends, and refused to take responsibility. I then had to go through Samsung, who eventually admitted they couldn't fix the issue and ended up refunding me for the TV and taking it back. When I returned to Best Buy to get a refund for the protection plan (since the product was no longer with me), they said it was already "in use" and deducted money for the days that had passed, even though they never actually provided any service or support. they refused to give me support and pushed me to contact Samsung. Don’t trust Best Buy. They sell expensive products, and even if you purchase their protection plan, they’ll find a way to dodge responsibility. You're better off buying elsewhere.

Nothing too much to say here. I bought a TV and this gives me protection for 2 years in case the TV breaks.

They are very helpful and never make me feel stupid

Worth the money.. in used it once and it was well worth it

Things do break and when they do it costs money to fix it, Except when you buy a Extended Warranty.

Protection plans are always good to have when buying an item for someone else.

The geek squad is very good. Their knowledge of the products is excellent.

Always get the extended warranty on tv because you can get parts for them.
