We would never consider getting electronics without getting Geek Squad Protection plan. Love It!

I had the tv die after one year twice. the first time they fixed it. the second time they gave me a new tv but forced me to pay for a whole new protection plan even though I had 3 years left on my old warranty. all because they gave me a new tv instead of just repairing the old one. Then the first geek came to drop off my new replacement tv, said he could not see the model number right in front of his eyes. Took off with my new tv over his shoulder. had to wait another 45 minutes for another delivery attempt and had to put up with a completely rude lady on the phone when I called in to tell her what happened. She kept trying to blame me!!!

Definitely worth the price. Much needed in today's stay at home society

I've had to use the extended warranty in the past and it is always awesome if ever I need to use it.

I would always buy a warranty with a TV, you never know what can happen and they take care of everything!

The GEEK SQUAD is practically insuring my Smart TV for 5 years!

How long does it take to ship an item for repair in the same state?? I dropped off a tv on a Sat. and saw on Wed. that its still at the same location..the service center is approx. 60 miles from the store. I will updste this if i ever get it back...fixed that is. But 4 know the 5yr warranty is not worth it.
