I had an issue with a defective product and after a lengthy discussion with customer support to prove that is was a product defect and nothing I did, my new product was delivered and installed 2 days later with the defective one hauled away. Had the customer service end of things been smoother, my rating would be higher, but overall i was glad I bought the protection and was very happy with how everything was handled once my claim was approved.

Not much to say since just got it and nothing gone wrong yet, hope you don't need it but feel relief that do. Just reviewing for the gift card entry.

My TCL, in its 4rth year of service, failed to come on one day. I took it to Best Buy with the warranty paperwork. Less than a week later, I received an email that they were declining to make the repair and that I could come in and present the email and get a replacement TV. That is what we did and the process was seamless and also painless. I am pleased that we had that warranty.

Geek squad arrived on time, did a wonderful install on our 65" screen, wall mounted, with sound bar, providing explainations as they proceeded.

The agents were top notch. They arrived early, installed the mounting bracket beautifully and installed our new 85" tv. They reconnected all associated components. They were friendly and professional, cleaned up all packing materials, and reviewed all applicable operating instructions. These folks are awesome.

This is one of the best investments I've ever made! I ended up using the Geek Squad for ALL of my electrical items purchased at Best Buy or not! The services (in person or on the phone), the automatic extended warranties and free deliveries have more than paid for my service protection twice over! Get one. Had a Sharp TV several years ago. It started to die about 2 months before my extended warranty expired. Best Buy sent a technician to my home and when he found that he couldn't replace a defective part, BB refunded my original purchase price and even prorated what was left on the warranty.

Geek Squad Protection was a life saver! Don't go without it. Superb service! Will definitely continue to buy directly from Best Buy!
