Great quality, image is really need, excellent size for a living room, really fast, I would definitely recommended, and for the price you can't find a cheaper one.

This is the second TV I’ve bought at Best Buy in the last 12 years. Both TVs I got the extended warranty the first TV I didn’t have to use it until almost 5 years and they fixed my TV fast and easy. Good warranty..after buying a TCL ROKU tv which we did not purchase a warranty on and having the sound go out and having a black picture after 2 years of use..we definitely bought a 5 year warranty with this Pioneer Tv..hopefully we’ll never have to use it but if we do we have it!

I could use a gift card for 400 bucks just for reciewing a warranty yes please

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought a 77" Sony OLED from them a year ago. My previous TV had been broken by a Toddler visiting my house so I asked the sales associate if their protection plan covered a cracked screen like a toddler throwing a balloon weight through the TV. He assured me that it would. Well... we moved and guess what, after taking all the precautions to make sure the TV did not suffer any damage, the screen cracked. Best buy now states they don't cover cracked screens on Sony OLEDs... I was conned into buying an expensive warranty for the sole purpose of accidental damage on a TV that is now useless. Beware, their sales associates don't know what they are talking about. Looking at it in the best light the sales associate sold us the wrong protection plan. In the worst light, he conned us into a membership with basic protection plan to get a bonus or some kind of kickback when what we wanted was the protection plan with accidental damage coverage.

I ALWAYS buy warranties for my purchases. When my T.V. , I bought at BEST BUY , suddenly broke down , I called them, and an Agent from the GEEK SQUAD came to my home, diagnosed the problem AND told me I was TOTALLY covered!! He helped me understand the warranty and I was able to get a NEW T.V. to replace the defective one. Then of course I got another 5 year standard GEEK SQUAD Waranty!! I'd give 10 Stars if I could!! The agent was Polite Professional and Knowledgeable!! I highly recommend getting Warranties and using the GEEK SQUAD!! Thank You BEST BUY and The GEEK SQUAD!!

I got the 42” to use as a PC monitor and its been excellent. Blows away every other monitor I’ve used in the past and the added versatility is a nice value add. I’ve had no problem with the auto adjusting brightness limiter and don’t mind having to turn the TV on first (as opposed to how monitors will just wake from sleep), but YMMV.

It is very practical and does not make any noise. It is an excellent purchase.

I purchased this plan for my new television because I would never know when it might need service..being on a limited income, I'm watching what I spend and everything counts..while I have never used the service yet it is satisfying to have peace of mind in case something happens.

This a great product. I have had it for years now and cannot complain at all. Highly recommended.

They were easy to talk to about my first purchase and its problem

I always get the 5 year warranty on my TVs because they inevitability end up dying on me or getting stuck pixels and best buy has always been great about fixing the tv if they can, or usually they just refund the price I paid and that usually is more than enough to get a new TV woth better resolution and get another warranty. Newer TVs may have a great picture but the build quality is nothing compared old CRT TVs so it is worth it to get the warranty on products like this or any electronics because they always seem to fail within 5 years.

Absolutely worth it, and comes with alot of nice perks. For example, if you are buying a television 55 inches or larger, a Geek Squad member will be able to visit your house to process the warrant claim. That's huge, because carrying around large used televisions, in which you probably won't have the box, can be a big hassle. Very comprehensive coverage, especially for OLED televisions.

Already saved me money. Worked on my TV and found it was not fixable. Sent me a new one and removed myvold TV. Thank you geek squad.

I typically don't do extended warranties, But these days, unfortunately, manufacturing quality isn't what it used to be and I didn't want the hassle of dealing with the manufacturer if my Polk S2 sound bar died... and die it did. It was a breeze to walk into the Best Buy store with my soundbar and accessories and get an immediate refund for exchange or upgrade to another system. Definitely worth the extra $24.95 for ease of return and peace of mind. Not too bad for $5.00 a year for 5 years of insurance.
