    Customer service finds ways to Not allow customers to use this paid service. You speak to foreigners who don’t speak English and require you to speak repetitive. Claims that they don’t see the repair plan yet receipt shows that I paid for the plan

    The insulation was great now I am trying to get service on my TV. I can’t get an appointment. Never had this problem before for any of the products I have purchased.

    It’s took a month before the TV was replace. It took one week to come check it out

    Why buy TV insurance

    I bought a 65' TV with insurance to make sure it can be fixed and I am being told that it can not be fixed because it is accidental damage. My question is why buy the insurance and pay for it and then you can not repair it. Only things that brake because of the tv can be fixed?! That makes no sense.....

    You buy an extended waranty unly to throw it under the bus and blame it on manufacturer. Something you were not told at the beginning

    I don't know what happened to my new TV! It didn't even last a year and the screen got damaged. Dark spots started to appear! The good thing is that it had a two-year warranty and they replaced it! It's a very good thing to buy a warranty for household appliances.

    they tell you that you are buying two years of coverage but in reality you are buying only one year. the first year they send you to the manufacturing company for manufacturing warranty. And after my TV broke before the first year of purchase, this protection plan did not do anything to help me. And I am been trying to get a refund for the protection plan after my TV broke before the first year, and nobody from best buy is telling me what to do to get my money back. Literally I wasted more than $600 that I am putting in the trash. I won't buy another protection plan. It is a waste of money because they leave you alone when your product brakes. You think you would get it fix or a replacement but it is not true. Very sad that they plan with their costumers.

    if your buying a tv plan does cover physical damage like cracked screen. only cover software and operating system
