    Skip the Geek squad protection. When you have a great product, the manufacturer's warranty will usually cover the item in the first years.

    Save your money if your purchasing this for a tv, just make sure you have some good renters insurance, as the plan does not cover cracked screens on TV's, I'm so dissatisfied.

    they gave me to 65 inch tvs and i just order a 75in 900h i dont understand Best buy and they charged my for both 65 inch tvs for the restock fee's unbeliveable........

    Cancelled this, iit renewed automatically. I canceled as they actually broke my laptop and sold me something which wasn't worth it. I don't think I will have them service anything I own.

    Getting this set up and delivered was one of the worst experiences of my life. I think it'll be my last time using geek squad.

    Turned TV on and it had Blue Streaks all over the pixels inside the TV.

    Nothing was done that I couldn’t have done in less time step it up. They don’t answer all of your questions. They rush you. I’ve only came in contact with 2 nice Geeks. The others need to go.

    Wasted over 3 hours

    For over 3 hours, speaking to 17 different people,chatting online twice - my service protection plan is STILL not showing up. Got transferred, disconnected, told wrong department - my frustration has me on theverge of tears with no resolution.

    The Tv and warranty both stink!

    The tv lasted about a year, purchased warranty, they’ve had it 6 days now and still no word on when it will repaired or replaced!

    Pre-existing condition obviously not covered but future work will be denied. Why sell a protection plan on an open box item?
