Bought the protection plan incase the unthinkable happens to an open box item

I’ve been shopping for my electronics at Best Buy for longer than I can remember. I love the Geek Squad and I love the protection plans. Unfortunately I’ve had to use the plans over the years and I’ve never been disappointed in the repairs or replacements.

Excellent picture and sound. I would recommend this TV to anyone. Great quality and very sturdy stand

What more do you expect? It's a plan there in case you break it.

I always get the geek squad protection plan. It was a breeze submitting a claim 2 WEEKS before it expired. Geek squad attempted to repair my tv and when they couldn’t I was given store credit to purchase a new ones no questions asked.

Very excellent and great work. I took in my laptop computer that was all messed up and yes they fixed the problem and it didn’t take long. If you don’t have it get it.

Agents came in assessed my TV and because it was under created a ticket to have it exchanged for a working and newer set. I purched an extended warranty for the new TV as well. It is a financial lode saver.

I am very thankful that I had a two year warranty because I needed to use it and it enabled me to get another TV

Geek squad service was quick and simple!! I was worried i was going to have to go through all these loop holes just to replace my tv that had lines going across the screen but they ended up giving me options such as a new but same model tv or a gift card for a new one.

I love it its an ok size for my room not too small and great price for Black Friday

I always purchase the protection plan. The Geek Squad has come to my rescue a couple of times over the years. Especially having a young one at home with his electronics. No telling when a spill or fall may happen, LOL. A necessary purchase. Thank you Geek Squad

Geek Squad, need I say more? Excellent cover to have should the worst happen and a must for all the electronice here in this house. If we buy anything new, it will always be bought with a Geek Squad Protection Plan.

Really makes me feel better knowing I have geek squad service on my item. I don’t have to worry about calling the television manufacturer if something goes wrong. And I trust Best Buy Geek Squad to make things more simple than the tv warranty would.

Got our tv replaced for free 4 years after we bought it. The backlights went out. Setup an appointment. Technician came out and made the replacement super simple.

Hopefully I never need the service, but it’s a good idea to purchase this warranty. Without a warranty; it would be cheaper to purchase another TV, rather than pay repair costs. And I was impressed when reading threw the details, that for TVs over 40 inches, they do in home service at no charge. Sounds great- and worth the purchase for the peace of mind. Thanks Best Buy.

Well, i can't say this enough about Geek Squad, they are excellent! If you're on the fence about including their services, don't be! Its worth every penny. I've never had a bad experience with thembor have anything negative to say. They will always take care of you.
