One of the best tv ever. If it’s not Sony, I always go for lg. Got this on clearance and it is full of features. Way better than it’s competitor.

The geek squad agents hung the TV to the existing mount showed us how of operate the tv and remote. They were quick and efficient.

I would definitely recommend on all purchases!! If you have a problem it is easy to fix!

There’s no other warranty that i put faith in as Bestbuy puts out quality . I’ve had there warranties on all my Tvs, Appliances, Refrigerator and the way all things are made can’t trust , Nothing like USA made but will have 100% trust .

It's an OK TV. Nothing special about it. Had a 2017 samsung 4k UHD before. Really it doesn't make much difference for regular viewing. OS did not feel friendly either. If you have an 4K UHD tv stick with it or go for maybe OLED TV.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

The geek squad warranty is is great. But I am ok with never using it.

As long as your within your time given for your service the geek squad is very helpful and good to have but once it expires you're on your own.

Have used Geek squad protection before and never has an issue.

Agents brought new TV inside and set it up on my TV rotating stand

When I first got this five year warranty. I was skeptical but it was a 70 inch screen TV and I thought if Something Happens in five years at least I can get a new one. And sure enough before the five year warranty was up I had a new TV.

The team at Best Buy in Virginia Beach are simply the best ... courteous, professional, knowledgeable and caring. Who could ask for more?
