I highly recommend using the Geek Squad. I have had to use them a couple of times, but they were always helpful ad able to either fix the problem or replace the product. Well worth the money.

I purchased this for my mom when buying her a TV. I purchased a three year protection plan. Her and I thought it was great deal. It covers mainly all damages.

120 bucks for a 5 year warranty is a good investment. If they cannot fix the TV, after sending someone to your house to fix it, they will replace it at no cost. If it lasts longer than 5 years, then that's kudos to a quality TV. Well worth it.

I haven't had to use them for this TV but they have fixed other things, they helped me setup, install and direct. a must have when you don't think you need.
