Any time I have had a problem with anything I have bought from Best Buy the geek squad always takes care of it.

Haven't needed it yet, but I'm happy with the terms and fine print. Burn in protection could come in handy.

I would definitely purchase again. I got it for an incredible deal on here subs almost too loud for the living room.

I usually don't purchase a maintenance plan on anything, but decided to after the salesman explained all that it covered. I hope I never have to use it, but if I do, it is there.

I feel confident that the Geek Squad will offer protection for my new TV purchase. I'll sleep better at night knowing that if a storm rolls through they have me covered.

Generally good idea to get, especially for more expensive items. Have not had problems with using them for other products in past.

Luckily my Sony was still under 5 years warranty so when they could not repair it and I replaced it I bought the same 5 years protection.

Purchased for Sony TV as I have found in the past that the Geek Squad protection for a TV pays off with pixels issues, etc.

I have yet to use it but everything explained to me about it sounded good. I'm hoping I never have use it but relieved I have it

Amazing picture but breaks really easily. The cat knocked over the tv and it barely hit anything and the screen busted. My daughter had caught it before it hit the ground.

I tend to always buy the protection plan on the purchases I make through BB. They are very accomodating.

I would always recommend this protection for more expensive electronic purposes just to be on the safe side.

They are best I have seen anytime got problem they fix it .

I wouldn’t buy an electronics device without buying thus protection. Friendly and knowledgeable people who are very helpful!

Don't forget to buy coverage for your electronics in case anything happens to then with or without the manufacturer warranty period.

A little hard to book due to the pomegranate we’re in but I anticipate once the philanthropy is over they will be easy to book.
