Have not had to use the geek squad yet but it is good to know that I have the protection should I need it .

I buy one with all my purchases over $200. I used it on a 55 inch insignia that crapped out. Ling story short got a brand new 55 inch LG free.

Every time I have used the protection program it has worked great. Remember when you needed, you have it.

I have had to use this protection plan twice out of the five items I have on the plan and they give you absolutely no problems. They are very helpful and polite. Definitely highly recommend it when you have kids.
