I I always purchase my electronics from best buy for good material and protection.

Product is okay. TV worked fine for a few weeks, but then the sound started to deteriorate. It would either be warbled ( lower quality) or the audio would not match up with the image by a few seconds, causing me to have to do a software reset of the television. Simply turning it on and off did not fix the issues. I invested in a sound bar, and hopwfully that fixes the issue. Otherwise I will be exchanging the TV.

The protection plan is amazing if any little thing is broken or off can just exchange it

Bought a $1200 dollar tv and want it to last me awhile! For the price this warranty sounds great

Best buy has some of the best or if not the best extended warranty. It's not this joke of a warranty like you get at other stores.
