    Delivery didn’t come from a local store like I thought it was came from the warehouse and it was delayed five days - I would’ve bought it from Amazon if I had known that

    Still haven't used it yet but it sounded tempting to buy. Seems like a good idea to buy with an expensive TV since they said it covers everything except screen breaks.

    yes warranty support from bestbuy is amazing. i use the over the phone feature and they take control and fix what ever is needed

    I usually don't purchase the extended warranty, but for the price I figured it wasn't a bad idea. The peace of mind is worth the $23.
