Every time I go to Best Buy the agents take care with me and I get good service

Most of the Geek squad programs are good. Hoprefully we will never use it but like most insurances it is there if necessary

An ant died behind my screen (darn you, nature!). An agent came in a day or two and assessed the problem. Soon after a team came and took the old tv and replaced it. Due to the age of my TV, Samsung no longer makes them. The team did not set up the new tv, but I'm ok with it. The downside is that my original TV was replaced with one that was worth half the price. While the picture quality is good, its not equivalent to what I originally purchased. My current TV may be the last one I use an extended warranty for.

This TV is the best I've purchased thus far. The picture is so clear, have never had a problem with it. Definitely reccomend.
