I feel good having the policy in case I ever need it. I will just call and someone will come fix my TV.

Purchased this as an add on for a gift. For the price it's a great way to cover thing that may come up.

I have not used the service but it is good to know that if there are any problems with my TV I am covered.

purchased the 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection for my new 65 inch tv. really debated, but thought i better be safe than sorry. havent had to use yet, so dont know.

They made it seem like this would protect your purchase from accidents when it only protects if your tv stops working because of manufacturing issues. I feel like they should state it clearly and I paid an extra 50 dollars for no reason.

Self installed the TV. Till today no defects, Working perfectly.

I've used Geek Squad in the past and they are always very helpful and efficient in their time for fixes and returns.

When replacement parts are needed that are included in the protection plan. You must order yourself and send them all necessary information to receive a reimbursement. Very convoluted process for a simple fix. Needs optimizing.

My television has worked well and I haven't need to use the Geek Squad. I am happy to happy to have them around just in case I need them. Life is better with them in it.
