I Love Thos Geeks So Much it seriously hurts. I offer a tip they say No. They dont use me like some people. The geeks are my true friends and if I ever get married I will invite the geeks to st up my wedding and stay for hourdeverve hour then grab entrées to go after there done setting up the DJ Table and TV / Ice Display.

We bought a Roku 65” TV plus the 5 yr Geek Squad coverage. We have used Geek Squad in the past on our computer and they fixed it plus retrieved my photos. I highly recommend Geek Squad

With this protection I feel very comfortable with all my kids around the products that I purchased

Worth every penny to extend my warranty 2 more years and to get Geek Squad home service to fix and repair my new TV. I have had back surgery recently and am older. I needed a Geek Squad warranty to have the luxury of home service vs me having to load up my TV and taking it to a repair shop.

The agents are always available they are always very knowledgeable and helpful and if they can't help over the phone they get you in immediately to solve your problems if I could give them a higher rating I would definitely worth the extra money

Most protection plans are a waste of money but this plan is money well spent. After 3 years my OLED tv’s picture went bad and Geek Squad replaced it with a brand new top of the line tv. I am extremely happy and I highly recommend this protection plan to everyone with a high end tv.

I know we bought this protection for a computer that are 7 year old child uses and I've already forgotten I had this plan it's been a year now and had absolutely no issues with my computer. So I'm happy to say I bought this plan for issues but it's funny I've already forgotten about the plan. It just goes to show that Best Buy sells a product that doesn't need a plan. I'm not saying I didn't need the plan I'm saying I bought a good product regardless.

I was lucky to have purchased the insurance for my tv, otherwise I’d would have had to spend money on a new tv, but after a simple call and an coming to my home I was given clear understanding or what to expect, and given a new tv within a couple days
