I have not had to use my protection plan as of yet. I haven’t needed to with any product I’ve bought from Best Buy. I’ve heard great reviews about the replacement plan though.

For my big-item purchase that contains delicate electronics, this seemed like a good idea, "just in case." So far so good, but you never know, and it does give me peace of mind.

Haven't had to use it yet but I rest assured the protection is there if I need it. Any questions I had were answered at the time I purchased it.

This is a service that I have always subscribed to when purchasing a high value item at Best Buy. However I have only used this protection plan on my first TV I purchased at Best Buy. At that time it was of great value to me to have subscribed since I received all the attention and service required until I was satisfied with my product.

Bought the five year protection plan for a TV we purchased recently. I love the peace of mind that comes with being able to replace or repaid the TV in the event it stops working. Geek Squad has been very helpful and friendly so far.
