I haven't had to use this with my TV that I bought it for, but have used it in the past on others. Much better service and coverage than the manufacturer's warranty.

I always get this protection wjen buying electronics. Best buy geek squad has t let me down yet. And I've been using them for years. Got this for my Chrim cast TV.

Not much else I can say about this, but purchased it for my recent TV investment to future-proof for any accidents I may experience in the foreseeable future.

we have had to use our protection, it was worth getting, when they couldn't fix our old TV we got a new one Love that about the service

I am confident in the Geek Squad to meet my service needs. They have always been there to quickly solve my problems.

This protection plan covers burn in on oleds would definitely recommend!

I also get the service plans because of the wear and tear on the devices. Luckily we haven’t had to use them as of yet but I’d rather be safe than sorry!

Good service nice people when you call easy going people

Haven’t needed it yet, but the price was so reasonable I couldn’t turn it down. I always have difficulty with electronics so I happily purchased it.

I purchased this Geek squad protection for 2 years. All has gone well with my unit so I have not had any reason to use the service. Just Protection so far.

I get the 5 year Geek Squad service on any expensive thing I buy, as LG OLED (2 of them) and other tvs and items bought.

With every purchase I make at Best Buy I always get the Geek Squad protection. For me it has paid off several times and without it, it would have cost me near a thousand dollars for necessary repairs

Must have item for big ticket items. Best Buy has always been good at honoring and replacing or fixing my purchases when needed

Normally, I don't buy "insurance" on large purchases, but it seemed reasonable with such a high-tech item that would cost a lot more to replace it than it cost me when I bought it on sale!
