Geek Squad is always good to have if ever needed. I've hadn't had to use this at all. I have for 5 years. It wasn't expensive either.

I love Best Buy. Yeah had good quantity fast and friendly service. Good price yes I haven’t been to Best Buy in a long time. I have a little experience shopping at Best Buy I love it I’m so excited I bought my TV at Best Buy and I love it and the TV does everything that’s why I love the shop yeah have good service.

Other stores would offer warranty but for $100 and some change we got the 5 year warranty couldn't resist a offer like that

Got for my TV and haven’t had to use it but it is nice to have peace of mind that if something goes wrong it will be covered

I luckily have not had to use this but I always purchase it for peace of mind and it works. Often they forget to ask me if I want to add the protection when that happens I ask them for it.

I called the Geek Squad about a 5yr warrenty I purched when buying a new TV. Although I got transfered to several different people everyone was helpful and curtious leading to me getting the issue resolved. I recieved approvial for a new TV no cost to me. The BB team really went the EXTRA mile.

I got burned (pun intended) with my Sony A1E OLED with a couple burn ins in just owning it for 2 and a half years and didn’t have coverage. Upgraded to the LG GX OLED for my new XBOX Series X console and couldn’t be happier. I now have peace of mind knowing Geek Squad will protect from burn ins. I have used Geek Squad in the past for a product and the service is the best. No haggle or hassle. If you purchase a OLED tv I would highly recommend purchasing from Best Buy along with the geek squad protection. I purchased the 5 year plan. The cost was fair.

Greek squad warranty is a must of you but anything of high value!! Don't save money when it comes to this extra coverage!! You'll regret it if you don't.
