worth the money. all electronics are made NOT TO LAST these days. usually about 3-4 yrs. so these warranties are excellent

I normally purchase warranties on all the products I buy, but never use them and the warranties then expire. My television had a screen issue, called geek squad, geek squad came to service my television, geek squad could not fix the problem, television was then exchanged using the warranty. Great warranty!

for tv it was kind of brutal . The tv was broke the guy had to come out and change the main board in the tv before giving us a new tv. So this took almost 2 months. We did not have a tv for almost 2 months Every time they came they had to replace the same thing ... The tv was 500 dollars instead of replacing it they spent 3000 on 3 boards that did not work, whatever they had to pay the guys to come out and work every time for 2 hours, This was honestly ridiculous. Nothing made sense. luckily we finally got the replacement after the 3rd time and thats the only reason we get 1 more star.

I was a fool for not buying this service before so i made sure that I did so this time. Eventhough my TV is rated well in quality and lifespan you just never know

Our first large screen TV developed an issue after only 3 years. It had to be replaced. The last two years, we had multiple visits from Geek Squad trying to keep TV working. Finally bought a new one and bought this program because large screens not as reliable and require more maintenance....

I had a problem with my tv. A part was ordered by symptom over the phone. When I received the part a technician came out and installed the part. It did not repair the problem. The tv was actually replaced with a tv with a larger screen and better features than my set. I am completely satisfied.

I had no problem getting 5-year protection via phone. The individual was so helpful, attentive and answered all of our questions. It was the easiest purchase ever. Thank you

I always purchase one of Best Buys extended warranties. They are always helpful on the phone when I need them. They are responsive and fast with service. My worry is always that a company is going to find some loophole to not honor an extended warrantly, but Best Buy always comes through.

It is great that the Geek Squad is available when you have problems. My TV kept freezing. They came out and determined the problem. Got parts and installed. When this did not fix the problem, they gave me the option of returning my year old TV for a full refund of the TV, tax, and 4/5 of my Geek Squad. I then bought a brand new TV with better features. Great service!

The best warranty in the business hands down. If buying an expensive product, well worth spending a little extra for the extended warranty. Especially worth it for oled tvs.

The agents were very professional , they were also very informative with any questions I had for them throughout the set up . The agents were also fast paced with the set up so that’s always a ten . Last but not least the insurance policy coverage is outstanding for a reasonable price

This is a new TV so we haven't had to call geek squad on it. But I bought a TV for another family member recently, and purchased the geek squad protection. It was well worth it they came out to their apartment and took care of the issue. It was a factory defect and Best Buy stood behind The geek squad coverage

When you consider that any television over 50" must be serviced in the house (can't be returned to the store for service). This 5 year warrantee for $50 was an easy purchase.

Honestly good service when i got my tv truly grateful for the insight
