We bought the extended warranty when we purchased a TV at Best Buy for our son's room. Any time we purchase electronics for our kids, we generally get the protection plan because we know our kids aren't always gentle on electronics. I hope we never have to use the warranty, but it's nice to know we have it in case we need it.

I always pay for this extended warranty with everything i buy at Best Buy and it is worth every penny. to do so. It gives me a sense a relief to have it.

5 year protection so worth it on a TV. On average TV's can burn out internal chips, boards, capacitors, resistors, and there a heck of a lot of tech in there compared to years ago, much more could go wrong so best to have the 5 year service imo.

Purchased along with my daughter's new desktop. Though I haven't used them particularly for this product, I've used them in past times. Geek Squad associates are always pleasant and efficient. They always come through when you need them.

The 5year Geek Squad protection plan is so worth the money. My 60” TV just gave out 4 years into the protection plan, had someone out here almost immediately to try and repair it to no avail. He made a call and we had a new one on the way to us 4 days later. They installed, set up and carted away the old one.

Purchased the Samsung 43" TV for my son. I don't want to get a headache when he tells me it doesn't work. I purchased this 5 year Protection so I didn't need to worry. I would recommend the Geek Squad Protection to all for any product.

How can you not love the Geek Squad. When you need them they are always there. It is like your own security guard around your computer, appliance, phone, etc. Get protected with the Geek Squad, they keep your information and devices safe.

Well worth the initial cost. It has saved me on 2 large screen TVs. Keep in mind that it expires when you use it on a defective item whether it's used after 1 month or 5 years.

Hopefully something we will not have to use! But you don't want to be stuck without it these days!

Defiantly worth having this protection for an oled tv. Best Buy is the only warrant that covers burn in. This gives me peace of mind when making such a large purchase. It is expensive. Would not buy another oled without the warranty

Thank goodness for geek squad and protection because if anything goes wrong with my device, I know I have the support I need!

I haven't use them on this television but on another one and they was great.

This Tv is great. Nice to view our photos Plus can watch Amazon and Netflix

good plans and excellent service. I prefer to buy with a guarantee of this I ask ... always excellent. Always protect more than what one needs ... best purchase option. I have bought this service for a long time and it has worked very well for me

Ive had Geek Squad before and it was great . Its the one thing that you can ge from Best Buy that you actually never want to use

Don't know yet. If tcl doesn't warranty my tv we will see what Geek squad does. Geek squad doesn't kick in until tcl's non existent warranty ends.
