I purchased the 5 year plan. When researching OLED TVs, burn in seemed to be something that many prolly mentioned was a possibility. I went with Best Buy in the end because if their great warranty that covers burn in. It was a no brainer really.

The only protection plan that covers Burn In!! Definitely worth it for peace of mind when purchasing an OLED TV!!

Haven't had to use it yet but the claimed support problems are great and like the convenience of dealing with them through bestbuy. I'll update the review of I ever end up using this warranty for tv repair over time. Reasonable price for 3 yrs of coverage.

I purchased this to make sure if I had any issues that it would be repaired quickly. Never had to use it except on the occasional xBox Controller. This was purchased for a TV which is always good to have.

Geek Squad is a must for big purchases at Best Buy. They are very knowledgeable and I love that I can go to the store and resolve everything at once. Whether they need to fix something or get a replacement. It’s a must have product.

I have always bought the extended warranty on purchases made at Best Buy, it has been a piece of mind anytime I’ve needed to use the warranty service .It’s always been a positive experience and well worth the money.

The geek squad protection plan is great. They installed all my appliances and came back to adjust my refrigerator when i had problems getting it to the correct height

I am glad I purchased the warranty. It’s so much easier to deal with Best But for their great products and services. I don’t anticipate needing it because the TV is great but I’m glad I have it if it’s needed. It was a very reasonable price.

Always get the protection plan because you never know when you might need to replace whatever you bought

Bought a Vizio M class two years ago and the TV went out. Terrible process dealing with the appointment could not understand the person on other line. Great local technician made up for the appointment.

Great people that honor there warranty, anytime anythings messed up they've fixed it no problems.

Got a 2 year warranty on my sons tv. He had a seizure and he fell on the tv which caused it to crack n they hindered the warranty even tho it was accidental.
