Your crazy if you spend money for a nice tv or other items and do not protect it! The Geek squad is the way to go!

Best protection at a fraction of the price. I wouldn't buy without this protection.

So far haven't needed any assistance other than what I got from the sales rep. who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Feel better about a TV with extension to the typical warranty.

I purchased the 2-year Standard Geek Squad Protection for the Pioneer - 50" Class LED 4K UHD Smart Xumo TV that I bought as a gift for my son's birthday.

a must have when you purchase a TV, this alone saved me thousands in the repolacement process. My TV started to have pixels go bad (white lines accorss the television) in the top right corner. I was able to have geek swuad take a look and they said its no good and issue me a credit for the TV through the insurance. Withour it i would have paid 3k plus tax, with this insurance i paid a third a got the new insurance...

Peace of mind insurance. I hope to never have to use it. If I do I hope they deliver as promised. Rating is based on future promises. Seemed realistically positive.

I called after my TV suddenly stopped working and the agent was very helpful and a replaced my TV within 3 days they came to my house picked up my old broken TV and installed my new TV all in all this was an excellent experience

Great deal and protection for my electronic. Even if you don't use it, the coverage of any unforseen circumstances is worth the price.

Honest service. They won't jerk you around trying to get paid for doing unnecessary repairs. The techs are knowledgeable. Although the products are good, they often fail after the manufacturer's warranty, which is a common practice (planned obsolescence). Geek Squad is there to honor and help.

The tv quality is amazing, the sound is also amazing. I love how if I lose my remote I can use my phone as the remote.

The repair team at the Minnetonka store went above and beyond to assist me with my issue, they weren't able to resolve the issue due to extenuating circumstances, but I left with a plan and was completely satisfied.
