I have learned if I only have to make one phone call for help it has paid for itself. I purchased a new TV for our bedroom, our first smart TV. Didn’t understand why I couldn’t get it hooked up and working. The geek squad tech talked me thru the setup. He was quickly able to tell me I was missing the correct cable between TV and box. He told me what part was required. Once I got that part (a whole different story and review) I was set up and watching TV in less than 15 minutes.

The agent explained how my tv works and took their time to answer any questions I had before making a purchase.

Geek squad, ah, the Best Buy nerds, but don't downplay them, they know their stuff and are easiest to work with over other big box stores. Great peace of mind at a low price!

Geek squad comes through again. This is the 2nd time that this warranty has replaced a very expensive TV with another very expensive TV. Very much worth the cost of the warranty. Sony warranty would not have covered the burn in issue on my former OLED. Geek squad replaced with no questions asked.

Team manger was very patient with my tv purchase. She ensured all my questions were answered and helped me with my online account to make an in person purchase.

I bought this to extend the warranty on my TCL TV, I wasn't too familiar with the brand so I didn't know what to expect. So far, the TV has been great so I haven't needed to use this. For me, it was worth the money for a little peace of mind. I would recommend this if you are buying this type of electronics.

Geek Squad service is a super value - I have used it for repair or replacement many times over the years. It pays for itself in the long run. I never buy a major appliance or electronics without it. And only Best Buy has the Best Buy Geek Squad service. It is one of the main reasons I buy from Best Buy.

We bought the 5-Yr warranty from Best Buy for our 55-in TV. We had a problem about 2 years later which was fully covered by the plan. We had a pixel issue about 5 months later which couldn't be fixed. Best Buy replaced the TV with the newest version for no charge at all. They even delivered it to my house and picked up on the old one! I will be buying the plan again.

Gsp is a must for all my products from best buy. I dont really recommend totaltech if you don’t need computer help. But if you are a frequent buyer i recommend just purchasing the geeksquad protection plan on your items. If you purchase totaltech youll be paying more for the membership every year than the plan outright for each item.

I really hate the geek squad when it comes to cell phones, but, my TV experience with geek squad was exceptional. They were quick, and had some options I wanted at a super low price. They were also ready to take care of my situation, before I was, that is quick service

I got this tv with the warranty to my 1st tv due to it breaking, geek squad was awesome, very easy with the help, recommend everyone getting geek squad protection.
