What how bad TVs are made it’s important to buy the protection plan the previous 3 TV’s I purchased have have all quite working on year 4

Geek squas has always been a good response for me. No hassle, very customer oriented for well satisfied experience. They make any replacement requirements simple.

Worth every penny. They replaced my Vizio 58 inch TV, purchased in Nov 2020. After verifying it could not be fixed they offered me my choice of several comparable TVs. The whole process was quick and easy. All it cost was the price of a new 2yr protection plan.

It's a must buy when I purchase an item with a high price. If anything goes wrong best buy will either fix the item or replace it with a similar item. So I always make sure I buy the extra protection. It saves me from frustration.

. I will also be purchasing the protection for gifts for my parents so they can also have the same piece of mind. I purchased this back up plan in connection with one of the TVs that I use for gaming and watching streaming movies It is great to know that I can have the peace of mind that my item will get fixed if there is a problem.

Never had any issues with getting help when it’s needed

I love Geek Squad protection. One of the better coverage services. Just wish they had a longer period of coverage on certain items.

I always get the Geek Squad protection on major purchases recently used it on an oven that we got 4 years ago and they tried to fix it but ultimately replaced it.

Worth having it, and you can get a pro-rated refund if you don’t need it anymore.

I have always added extra protection on my televisions, but never had to use it. Just in case. I wish I had it on my gifted Hisense television.

The agents came out to my home to fix the speaker on my Samsung TV. The TV was bought new but the speaker was faulty. They fixed the issue and were out in about 20 minutes from my home.
