    Haven’t had to use this yet and the tv is holding up just fine. But it’s in a young child’s room so the cost for peace of mind that whatever is broken can be fixed makes the value worth it.

    Every warranty on anything that you buy from bestbuy it's really worth every penny!!!. Have always get it on every item that I've bought and it has become so useful, casue bestbuy always respects the warranty and exchanges anything that has problems for a new one without hesitation, I personally really recommend it!!!!!.

    @BestBuy @BestBuySupport I am going through a nightmare customer service at Geek Squad Scranton 959 Viewmont Dr Dickson City, PA 18519 I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Best Buy's Geek Squad installation service. I purchased a Samsung 75” Class LS03D The Frame Series QLED 4K TV with Anti-Reflection and Slim Fit Wall Mount Included on August 17th, 2024. I scheduled a Geek Squad appointment for TV setup and mounting on August 23rd. During this appointment, the technicians suggested that I hide all the cables, including those from the TV and soundbar. I agreed and rescheduled for August 28th. To my dismay, the team that arrived on August 28th had no idea how to mount the Frame TV. They suggested using the old mount from my previous TV, which was completely against the purpose of purchasing the Frame TV. The team left without mounting the TV and instructed me to reschedule the installation service. I called Geek Squad and spoke with Andy, who informed me that the system was not updated and that I would need to wait 24 hours before calling back to schedule. I followed their instructions, only to be told the same thing again. After waiting an additional 24 hours and calling Geek Squad again, I was informed that the system still had not been updated and that I would need to wait another 24 hours. As a customer who has been waiting for my TV since August 17th, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. It is unacceptable that I have to repeatedly call Geek Squad and beg for them to schedule a service that they have already botched. Their lack of efficiency, knowledge, and customer service is truly appalling. I urge Best Buy to take immediate action to address this issue. I expect a resolution that includes a prompt and correct installation of my TV, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced. Just to add into the story I spoke to the manager they reach out to me through DM chat when I posted the same concern over social media.. but again told me to wait for another 24 hours telling me they "escalated" just to tell you whenever they tell you they are escalating means they are going to add 24 hours with every escalation but they will not fix your problem just give you another 24 hours. they are flying pigeons to get across internal communication to resolve any issue. run for your life when the representative tell we are escalating Sir.

    Best buy protection is worth it especially if accidental damage from handling is part of the plan. I had that plan on my Microsoft surface pro 3 and had the unfortunent event of damaging the screen beyond repair, I had renewed the plan twice and I was so happy I did because I was able to get my surface replaced and now I have the pro 6. I will continue to get protection from now on!

    Have not had to use this yet, but from a past experience when I had to, all went well. And, since my TV was unable to be fixed on that occasion, I was able to purchase a new TV with a gift card with the reimbursement for the price of that TV. This gives me peace of mind that if anything happens with this new TV in the future, I’ll be covered.

    Got this warranty for my daughters tv after her previous tv went black with no warning and no warranty. Do yourself a favor and get the warranty. It provides peace of mind for the unknown!

    Get the geek squad warranty with the the TV this was the reason I got it cause my old series 6000 was replace with my new 7000 cause of this warranty.

    Technology has become so sophisticated that it isn't easy to set up a new smart tv. There are so many options that I was not sure how they would affect my tv viewing preferences. Joshua from the Geek Squad walked us through every option and explained what each meant. We now feel confident that we are taking advantage of all options to get the best tv viewing experience we can. Thank you Geek Squad for making this possible!

    So worth the added investment I am replacing a 65" TV that was previously covered by an extended warranty,I normally never buy them but luckily I did. The TV picture started to fail and after 4 years it was still covered under the extended warranty although I admit the process took time they reimbursed me for the original full purchase price.

    I've had no issues with my Sony 4K TV I purchased this warranty for but I know and heard that Best Buy does have great quality customer service if something goes wrong with your purchase and it can be easily returned and exchanged for the same product or similar product.

    The tv was wonderful while it lasted my home had electrical problems when we have high winds and it went out but the google tv was great and iam going to get another 1 when i can crisp and clear
