We purchased a Microwave for our granddaughter going to college. It was reasonably priced and she was happy that shew had coverage during her next 4 years at college.

I feel that when you spend over $300 on a tv you should buy an extended warranty! It’s better to be covered in the event something goes wrong! I like that it will be serviced in my home because of the size of the TV! So for 5 years I can be reassured that I can have my tv for years to come!

Haven’t had any issues with the tv to use it but for the reviews that o have seen should be a great service I always look @ the review and it sounds great

Geek Squad Products Definitely Recommended For Everyone

Oled is amazing! Owned for months and I don’t think I could go back to any other panel type. Great for all content, especially gaming!

The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

I haven't had to use it yet but the did use it on the last TV that I purchased and it was great. They came out and repaired the TV twice over 3 years. Then, on the third repair, they gave me a store credit for a new equivalent TV or I could use the amount towards a better one. Simple and very pleasant.

I always get the protection plan a d the times I had to use it, no questions asked. My item was either repaired or replaced in a reasonable time frame.

Let me tell you it is really great having the Geek Squad Protection for what ever you purchase because you never know what is going to happen to your purchase's. I have learned that before so from then on I have been getting it on what ever I get that says that I can get it just to have it.

Great type of...peace of mind. Hope i dont regret my decision.

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.

The service they provide is top notch helped me with all my problems i had.

We were reluctant to purchase the Geek squad service but so glad we did. We have need help several times and we also purchased a new TV and it is covered with 2 day shipping. Love it!

The process takes a lil time but in the end, worth it. Just know, any tv over 50 inches requires a mandatory house visit first before they will replace it. If it's still under the factory warranty.

Haven't had a problem on Hisense Tv's but there's always a first time, knock on wood. I bought the TV reg price was $1000, for 75", I got on sale for Christmas for $600.00, The protection plan was $ 75. or close, I am proud to be protected. I had the use the plan on another model TV, and bestbuy honored very well.

Love the tv. Great picture. Not a fan of off the voice commands but other than that’s it’s great.

I would have been out $3,500 if it wasn't for this protection plan. I'm now a believer in purchasing these plans as they replaced the tv for a new one no questions asked

I have this service (hopefully, I'll never need to use it) just in case I need their help with my product after the initial manufacturer's warranty is expired. In the event that may happen, I was told by Best Buy employees that the Geek Squad assistance will be straightforward and easy to use.
