So Far I have not needed to use this as the TV is working fine. I have only had it for about a month.

Everyone I spoke to was fantastic very polite very knowledgeable just the whole customer service they work great

The Tv great sinks with everything easy to set no issues with connecting to internet a lot different options to connect with everything like ipad , iPhone etc.

Please listen to the BestBuy sales person when they talk to of this amazing plan, I had at first immediately shut him down and didn’t let him explain, I was wrong and should of been open and heard him out. When I got home and my order had to be changed because of availability and pricing, I found a great deal for Geek squad included in the add on suggestions so I added into the cart to see what it would do. I was in desperate and FAST need of replacing broken down kitchen appliances in a nee to me home because within a year I had no working fridge or oven Holy moly! I saved so much more on installation and haul away then I did on the geek squad plan itself! And 4 months later when my garbage disposal ALSO died, I used the plan to have that delivered and installed! And I still have 7 months left on my plan! Thank you BestBuy for such a great service

Well worth it for certain item levels. Very useful option for peace of mind. Since Samsung doesn't think much of their products and provide a minimal warranty I got this to be safe. My last tv has lasted well but the next one failed in less than 2 yrs. I Showed them the issues and they instantly gave me full credit of purchase price. Too bad they don't consider a sale price when giving credit. I had to pay out a little over $100 to get an exact replacement with the current model since there were no sales at the time.

A necessary warranty plan to protect and cover any electronic item bought and ensure long life and functionality.

Customer was amazing. My tv would no longer power on. The geek squad agent quickly and thoroughly looked for replacement. Parts we're no longer available. He was offer a full refund for the TV or replace it for something of a similar value. This was all a matter of 5 days. Very happy with the service.

Figures out to be $10 a year, well worth it.As my other tv lasted 4 1/2 years.

I haven’t needed to use the geek squad on this purchase yet. But the geek squad rocks they respond quickly and take care of your problems.

This for us is a no brainer. If your making a big investment the piece of mind geek squad gives you is nice. I bought this exact same tv a couple of years ago with no protection true story and after a couple of months the screen broke. That tv is at the town dump. Anything can happen and no it wasn’t the kids. Life happens. Even after the year a line can come down one side then the other and your out of luck. Then you’ll be wishing you got that protection. So take my inexperience as a reviewer and just get that much needed protection. Hope I helped.

I opted for an extra two years of protection and I've read great reviews from other customers that used these guys. Definitely add protection to any electric device, it will give you peace of mind just in case something went wrong.

This is a great added service for non technical people like me! I don't have to worry about messing it up as if I did, they would be able to fix it with ease and promptness.

Like everything about it. Was able to get coverage for five years.

Have not had the need to use this as yet but will definitely take advantage of this service if necessary.

I think this is a great deal. They helped me with fixing my laptop and answering questions I had concerning maintenance. Worth the price.

I normally stay away from the additional protection services on any products I purchase, but this one really saved my butt. I bought a floor model of a large screen high definition TV. Over time, I noticed thick lines on the screen and discoloration. It was most noticeable when there wasn't much action on the screen and if large areas pf solid colors were displayed. As it turned out, the LED screen was showing remnants of the demo mode screens that would run constantly in the store. The protection plan allowed me to get %100 of my purchase price back, providing it was spent at Best Buy. I ended up getting a new 55" TV.
