    HiSense at its price point is best Television. It serves my purpose very well without spending much. The amount I saved compared to buying expensive TVs, now I can spend on better services like high resolution streaming etc.

    5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection If you do not buy the 5-year standard Geek Squad protection plan for any TV that you would buy then you might as well not purchase a TV because you are just working against yourself in the long run when you could upgrade to a better TV and just pay the difference especially if your TV does not work properly or geek-squad cannot fix it. Best Buy's replacement plan is by far the best warranty ever provided by any electronics store and cannot be compared because they have helped me for the past 10 years because the devices that I would buy in truth always turned out to be those odd devices that they either don't have on the Shelf anymore or I have too many times where they came and fixed it but something always went wrong with it within five years so get that protection plan and Best Buy will take care of you they have taking care of me they will for you

    Great for peace of mind, doesn't cover physical damage, wish there was an option for damage coverage on tvs at Best Buy

    It was an excellent buy you came in handy when my TV went out it was only 4 years old but still I got a brand new TV with very little problem The geek squad was exceptional and the gentleman who worked in the TV department he did an excellent job he found the TV I wanted and he even carried the TV to my car for me because I am disabled

    This is a great protection plan that worked out for me when I needed it. I had a very small dead pixel on my TV and Geek squad came to review it and the issue was quickly resolved as I was given a gift card to get a new TV.

    Great piece of mind for a new TV purchase! We bought this policy to insure that our new TV is covered for 5 years, in case we have any problem wuth it.

    The performance is outstanding overall. The color rendering is flawless, and the motion interpolation works exceptionally well. I highly recommend this for a living room or bedroom with minimal windows or limited direct sunlight for the best viewing experience.

    I ordered TV online told my wife to pick it up at Tacoma, Wa best buy order number: BBY01-806230967350 I told her that it was an open box that was the description given prior to purchase. Our thoughts was its in the "openbox" and it'll be ok transporting in our rav4 laying down but we were wrong. While my wife was picking up the TV the employee's were laughing at her because it couldn't fit in our car. The manager noticed and offered to get the TV delivered with installation. When the TV got delivered I was present at this moment this geek squad guy said that my wall stud were more apart than usual which was weird to me. While they were unwrapping the geek squad guy told me not to take off the tape around the edge of the TV until I get it installed on the wall. The TV didn't get installed because of what he stated, he told me also that I should purchase a different mount for my TV because the one I got was too small for my stud. Few weeks came by (I was out of country for work trying to helped this pandemic issues) and I decided to measure this wall stud and this geek squad guy is probably wrong about the stud being too far apart and yes he was wrong. While taking the TV edge tape I realize there was a crack with hole on the side of the TV (see pictures). Do y'all realize now that I've played like a fool?

    Have gotten geek squad protection in the past for a tv and just before it ran out, my tv started having issues. Best Buy could no longerfix the tv, but they made it right. Absolutely paid dividends

    Had an issue with my Samsung sound bar after attempting to trouble shoot it they ended up just giving me store credit and letting me upgrade to a newer version without any issues
