We haven't had any reason to need the Geek Squad, but happy to know they will be there if we do need them.

Thankfully I have not had to use the warranty but having it is definitely a peace of mind. Great price for it as well! It covers everything I would need it to!

Must have on any tv! Over the years I’ve made it a must to include geek quad on all my tv purchases. They are prompt, capable and stand by their products.

I purchased this for my previous Toshiba tv which stopped working the third year. I called them, they were very nice and told me that model TV wasn’t able to be repaired and immediately issued me a store credit for full refund of purchase price to replace the tv. It was so easy, no problem. So of course I purchased the five year warranty on this replacement tv. Well worth it. Geek squad was very helpful.
