Good price for open box. Nice 42" fire TV. Using it in our RV when traveling. Picture quality is very good and size is not to big for small space.

When it comes to electronic purchases, I always get the Geek Squad Service Warranty. It has helped on a few purchases bought at Best Buy in the past years.

I received excellent service from the Geek Squad as they brought the new TV that I had purchased and installed it for me. They also asked me if I had an questions about the operation of it so that they could explain. Everything I wondered about they did explain. And if any other questions arise I know I can call them up to get the answer. They are always courteous and helpful.

Geek squad is a must if purchasing electronics it really is a life saver if anything unexpected happens!!

My sole purpose for shopping Best Buy is The Geek Squad. They are Amazing. I am computer illiterate, When I bought my first laptop, an assistant went above and beyond to see that I got the best laptop at the best price for my needs. A few weeks later he was promoted to Geek Squad. Now I call I ask for him, he takes the time to explain whatever it is i need to know. His name is Teo, hes at the Selingsgrove Pa. Store. As long as Best Buy keeps GEEK SQUAD, ILL KEEP SHOPPING AT BEST BUY.

Worth every penny. I had an HDMI port go bad in my LG C1 they came to the house replaced the entire board within 30 minutes and did not cost me anything extra. The service guys were excellent and friendly. Highly recommend when making expensive purchases.

Geek squad service was quick and simple!! I was worried i was going to have to go through all these loop holes just to replace my tv that had lines going across the screen but they ended up giving me options such as a new but same model tv or a gift card for a new one.

I’ve been shopping for my electronics at Best Buy for longer than I can remember. I love the Geek Squad and I love the protection plans. Unfortunately I’ve had to use the plans over the years and I’ve never been disappointed in the repairs or replacements.

I'm never not gonna choose Geek Squad. It's always a value to me.

Geek Squad rules! I always buy GS with my purchases because it’s better to be safe than sorry.

If you're looking to get a Geek Squad warranty start off with a one or two-year you can always add on. If you start out with the 5-year like I did on my TV spent $380 on it. My TV broke after nine months and I lost for years worth of warranty because it doesn't transfer over to the TV they replace it with so you have to buy a brand new warranty on the new free TV they give you. On my new TV I just got the 2-year and they said they would email me when it's fixing to run out so I can add another two years to it

The extended warranty is always a good idea especially when you are dealing with expensive electronics which is all of them, I always get the extended warranty and it has saved me several times, I've had many items that have stood the test of time but with any mass produced products there are always a few issues, most of them are fine but if I end up with a flawed iten the extended warranty means I don't need to worry.

Geek squad has helped us a few times when we had problems with a device.

Had some a problem arise with a product. Geek squad took care of it immediately over the phone. Unfortunately had to replace it but they did it fast and without any problems at all!! They exceeded my expectations!
