Very fast very professional. I enjoyed the experience so much I bought another TV with the same exact warranty just because of how professional the geek squad is highly recommended.

My last tv screen went black and I thought I was doomed. Here goes another $1000 on a tv. When it wasn’t even that old! But I have to thank my past self for buying geek squad. They were able to order parts and have them shipped. We were serviced during the pandemic and they took all the precautions! Ultimately my TV wasn’t salvageable so I was given a credit toward my next purchase! High recommend to everyone.

They delivered my SAMSUNG TV to the third floor and as planned.

I found out after first purchase to add Geek. Works wonderful from home did not have to go into store for one of my devices. But did on computer problem and they solved the problem very quickly.

Can’t go wrong with this coverage.Even a minor repair would likely far exceed the cost of the coverage. Based on knowledge and professional activity installing the television, I am confident that any repair would go seamlessly (hopefully this will be moot)
