I haven't needed service therefore that is why I'm giving a 5 star

When you purchase a $3K OLED, this is an easy decision. Hoping I never have to use this, but glad it’s there. Best Buy is the only seller that their warranty covers burn in! LETS GO!

I always get the 5 year insurance on my large tv purchases. These newer TV's are like computers. Never had a problem with my Sony tv but if I'm dropping 3 grand, I need some assurance it won't just randomly die and then I need to get another one.

Store manager didn't know how the warranty worked and the sales team was confused, but the phone customer support team was great and made sure I didn't waste my money. Best Buy needs to hire their team back in greater numbers to cut down the wait time, especially at the Geek Squad.

Purchased the 5 year warranty since so many electronics don’t have a long life span. It’s inexpensive and hopefully we never need it, but we have the peace of mind.

The price for it was good but have not needed them yet butni do need a new battery in my beats headphone will update service after

Tech came to look at my tv, could not replicate the issue but I had pictures and showed it to him And he took care of everything

They’re very helpful. If I ever have a problem I love going to the geek squad. They have never given me issues

TV is great, quality of images, feels like a more expensive tv

I always add geek squad protection for everything I buy at Best Buy. The coverage is fantastic. Any issues, resolved right away. Damage to charging cords? Replaced no questions asked. Printer issues, refund or exchange for convenience. Questions a phone call away.

Heavier than larger tvs,I purchased the 48 and was blown away by how much it weighed?But the picture and performance and quality make up for that easily.

The Geek Squad from Best Buy is wonderful, this is my second warranty with Best Buy. The one I already purchased for my washing machine was well worth the purchase, the Geek Squad would send someone to the house to do the repairs free of charges

We bought the protection plan when we bought the TV. The TV broke after about two or three year as the GEEK squad gave me a brand new one and installed ir and I paid nothing extra.

A just in case policy for just in case. I know the Geek Squad is knowledgeable.

Many of my friends tell me it’s a waste of money to buy the extended warranty. I disagree. I had had issues at the 4 year mark and they replaced the item then all I had to do is buy another 5 year warranty. The piece of mind makes it worth it for me. Best Buy has a great geek squad

I bought a Sharp 70 inches 3 years ago. The screen pixels started to go bad. I called Bestbuy and explained my observations. They sent out a tech to check it a day later. In two days they offered to give me another TV or comparable credit because my Sharp was no longer in stock. Am glad I spent the extra money for the additional 5 years warranty.

I've used this on 2 previous Samsung TVs. All went out at the 2 year mark(both replaced by Geek Squad). Purchased a Sony OLED with 5 year protection and already passed the 2 year mark so all is good!

Definitely worth for TV, I feel most TV's get in to some sort of problem after 3 years, better to have 5 years geek squad coverage for TVs! My last TV broke after 4 years (screen issue!) GS return was little dragged, but at the end, we have been returned full purchase value.
