Got the protection plan just Incase because of the tv that I bough that I was told was a hold I say tv edition made for Black Friday so for 2 years I’ll be protected if the tv happens to internally not work well so I can get a new one!

haven't had to use it but have close friends that have thats why i purchased based on there experiences

I got this coverage because we are moving to CT in June and I wanted to protect my new TV for the move. Turned out I needed it about a month after I bought the TV. Called the Geek Squad and they came right out. Ordered the part and had it shipped to my home. They were there 2 days later and installed the part and TV has worked great ever since.

I have purchased this for the past 3 tv's I bought and have had to use them. These skinny flat screen tv's aren't made to be fixed.

glad to have it in case it is needed- i hope I don't but it takes the worry out in case something happens

I would recommend this for any led or lcd tv. As time progresses single pixels may go out (has happened to me) and the entire panel will have to be replaced. This becomes expensive and after time passes they will just fulfill your warrantee on the tv because the panels are not made any more. I had a pixel go out and it drove me crazy having a white spec on the screen. Ultimately it's up to you however.

Always get to geek squad plan when I buy something at Best Buy. They always come through when I need them.

Always need protection for electronics so bought a 2 year plan .

Thet take care of the issue at hand.....Buy it as a membership, and all your purchases are covered, instead of purchasing it for each item.....Im almost 100% You guys are awesome!!!!!!

This tv is massive and the picture quality is Devine. This tv is perfect! It barely fit in my car! But it’s perfect!

The additional insurance is always good to protect your purchase specially, if it’s a large one

Although many people don't like paying extra for protection plans, it gives me peace of mind. I have had some unexpected mishaps with my devices and knowing that I can make an appointment and get my device fixed without an additional cost is worth it to me.

Was not checked out after installing now tv will not work with remote I have tryed to get them back but customer service has not made it happen I can not recommend this service if they cannot make my new Q-LED work with remote can’t figure out why Best Buy wants input from customers but after reading reviews doesn’t follow through and make it work with Samsung remote control

I had this plan for my 2018 55inch Sony x900f and the panel went out last month. Best Buy replaced with the 2022 65 inch Sony x90k and another 5 year warrenty. I could not be happier.

I purchased a 40" Sony with extended warranty. At about month 14, std warranty ended at month 12, I suffered a lightning strike that took out my TV. I brought it in to Best Buy, they shipped it off for analysis and they gave me a full credit. I used that credit plus some cash to purchase a new Sony 65" XBR 4k TV. Awesome pic.

Had a quick question about setup and they got me the help i needed!

Purchased a new TV. After 1 year, it had problems. Took it in to the nearest BestBuy and the had it fixed and ready for pick-up within the time they quoted on repair. Very happy with the service! They made sure everything was taken care of and the TV was working as if it were brand new.

Added protection from whatever happens. Only right for the money spent on the television
