I didn’t use this for installation of the tv, but they have to help me uninstall my tv now and they didn’t charge me because of the situation so I appreciate it!

They won’t replace your tv for accidental damage even though it says it covers accidental damage while moving it. Hit the screen on a banister going up the steps and they told me they wont replace it.

I can feel safe with the coverage , I have now. Had a TV that seemed perfect in the beginning, however, I didn't notice the sluggish remote signal, after the 1 year warranty on $1300.00 worth, BB still swapped it out. Proud of the $169.00, I spent on protection.

If you’re going to get something expensive buy the protection plan it’s worth it. You may never use it but then you never know what can happen. If lighting strikes and your tv is on and it blows something out you’ll know you’ll be covered.

Tv is just the perfect size for a kids room. Picture is perfect and very vlear

Best buy warranty are cost effective and straight forward. When purchasing an OLED tv, the warranty cover screen burn, which I consider essential coverage for an OLED tv

Tv went out and being under warranty they brought a replacement to my home!!

Haven’t needed to use this and hopefully won’t. But I wished I had it on my last television that went out after a year and a half. Could have saved hundreds of dollars.

Purchased this Geek Squad protection plan to hedge my investment into our new Sony flat screen TV. Hopefully, I may never have to use it but if I do, I am confident that Best Buy will fix the problem quickly and without any hassles.

5 year warranty for a very decent price. It's hard to review something I haven't use but it's an affordable insurance. Never used Geek Squad before. Didn't like Best buy's last insurance partner.

I absolutely love the Geek Squad. Anytime I call with any questions (no matter how simple, hard or ridiculous) they find the best answers and give the best advice. The reason I insist on purchasing all of my electronics at best buy is solely due to the Geek Squad.
