It's Best to Buy the extra protection, from Best Buy!!

Everything was going fine until I opened the last box (#4). No image, just the line/shape screen, well actually I could see some of the menu to the left. Called Best Buy, said you're over 13 days, can't help you. Called Vizo next, at first they said 1 year warranty, but the next day and a few emails it was determined it was a Best Buy problem and they can't help us. Unfortunately we had to buy a 5th TV to complete the project.

Still had a problem We were able to purchase another tv and put the cost of the old unit toward it. Great job Best Buy

We have had this service for several years. When our in house tech guru ( teenager ) cannot get it done, the GS does it all. SUPER VALUE. Did I mention SUPERVALUE?
