I have used geek squad in the past and their service has been consistently great as always for many, many years.

The Geek Squad subscription is recommended for large purchases in the event that something goes wrong with the item.

The Geek Squad has done several great installations for our family. I.e. 5.1 Surround Sound System, large screen televisions etc.

My TV sound was going on and off so I brought the TV in for service under the 5 year protection. After review, my TV was replaced with a newer model. I'm very pleased and have now purchased protection for my new TV.

Great service when my graphics card fried. Easy return and they helped extensively when I brought it in.

They tried to fix my tv but it wasnt it so i got a new one they are very nice and respectful

Although I normally pass on extended warranties, I purchased this because my old set, a Samsung QLED, went out after 4 years. I guess I was a little shell shocked since I usually get 6-8 years out of a set. We’ll just have to see!

No one ever wants to have to use this but it’s best safe than sorry so we always opt for this added coverage. It’s so much less stress when something goes wrong and just added peace of mind for that “what if” moment. Definitely worth the investment.
