It's geek squad. Not sure what I can say about a warranty program other than we get it on a lot of stuff

Really expensive for a 77" OLED but you need a warranty with something this pricey. Ive had issues in the past with tvs and BB warranty and geek squad were always great

Always always always buy the Geek Squad protection plan when buying anything that has to do with electronics, kitchen or car stereo from Best Buy. These plans help insure that you can always get help when something happens or goes wrong.

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection. I travel a lot and have needed the protection. Best Buy has always been there no matter where I am in the country. My product was always fixed or replaced without any problems.

Bought two of these TVs during Black Friday deals. Must say at this price its an amazing TV. The picture quality and the colors are comparable to high end TVs.

So far do good. I had a small line issue. Call them thex came out and correct the small line issue. I will always call them if I need them. I will recommend the service to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding warranty and is worth every penny. Bernard specifically has been an amazing agent and he's a pleasure to work with. Can't recommend this warranty highly enough.
