    Very nice to have this service to play it safe when buying expensive items. Better than most other services that have been coming out recently. Highly recommended to pick this one up just in case

    Geek squad protections I wouldn't buy without it. I purchased 1 for my last Tv and having this allowed me to get a replacement when the first Tv went down.

    The best warranty. Couldnt fix the tv so it had to be replaced. They gave me my money back and i bought a new one.

    Nopefully never needed. idk why companies want reviews ONLY weeks after a purchase, at least send another review link 1-2 year after.

    We had black lines on our Samsung TV so we called and they arranged for us to have a new TV delivered and installed and the old one taken away. It's based on current value so we ended up choosing a larger 4k Sony and just paid the difference. Customer service was really easy to work with.
