We purchased a new TV and added the Geek Squad protection in case of future repairs. Hoping we won’t need to use the service but if we do I hope they provide the best service.

We love the sound this gives out. It looks alot better than having speakers all over the place

Geek squad protection is certainly more customer friendly, and responsive to any problems. Their call center is extremely knowledge and friendly. Much more efficient than dealing with the manufacturer. Well worth the cost!

I always get an extended warranty. Sometimes stuff happens and you wish you got the warranty. Best Buy warranty has always been there for me and I love it

I Always feel more secure when Geek Squad has my back. We have used their services a number of times and I won't purchase most electronics without the protection.

I haven't had to use the extended protection and hope to have the need to but having the extra protection gives me peace of mind.

Tv has been great but knowing I have a warranty in case it has problems is great to know. I have never had a problem with their warranty
