Seems when you get someone to help you that is good, they are very good, but when you get that other guy...doesnt go so well.

But having experienced sound quality issues with tv purchase within the first year, I feel that I made the right choice of buying a protection plan!

Tv was fine and working even then, actually sold to my brother in law.
