I love that you can either take your product in or they will come out. It’s so convenient to be able to see and speak to an actually person rather than sending your product off somewhere.

I have not yet had to use the warranty, but with how fragil technology is, a warranty is the smart thing to do. 5 years, 70.00, if it makes you feel better that’s less than 4 cents a day.

I trust best buy protection and it has saved me a few times on my electronic purchases. It's a must have if you ever have issues with your purchases

Great TV, but definitely get the extended warranty. Mine just failed after 18 months. Thank goodness I still have GS protection. Otherwise I’d be out of luck.

I didn’t have to use it but I’m glad I bought it. Never know what can go wrong when it comes to electronic devices. I know Geek Squad protection would take care of me if I needed.

EXCELLENT INSURANCE COMPANY. I HOPE NOT TO USE IT BUT IN CASE I USE IT THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS.

So far I have not had to use the service however I did contact them with some questions about my television and they were very helpful to troubleshoot and answer any questions I had.

They dont cover all cases they have listed and tey to escape from providing coverage. But do provide basic coverage. Overall not worth it. Paying 30 bucks to cover TV worth 150 bucks.

I purchased the warranty for my 50” LG TV and registered it on line. I doubt I will have to use it but it is a good feeling to know it is there.
