I thought I has a problem so I called and they came and even though problem was operator error they were very nice about it and made sure I knew how to use it. THANKS GEEK SQUAD!

The extra 5 years cost me $40 and I think it's completely worth it. It does not cover physical accidental damage. I bought a Samsung TV from Bestbuy and after 4 years of long use via gaming, the power supply went out, something the warranty would cover or if there's a bad HDMI cord.

2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection incase I have software issues.

The Geek Squad 2-yr protection flew by faster than expected. These geeks know how to get the job done in a timely fashion. The protection is neat with no visible wear in sight. The geeks won't have you waiting more than a couple of minutes if not too busy to assist you. It has been a while since purchasing my device but no major signs of wear and tear. The geek that serviced me was exceptional. I was very impressed with the customer service.

My husband is a big believer in having technicians that can come to the house in the case of any issues. No way we can transport a TV this size to Best Buy for service.

Best Buy is like my Victoria's Secret! I shop there frequently and buy all my electronics there! A huge part of why is the protection plans, I cannot recommend them highly enough! This is absolutely the best warranty service in the retail industry! It's in a class of it's own, there is nothing else like it. And I tend to be a hard customer to please!

I bought a 5 year warranty & glad I did. My tv lost its picture & I took it in & they sent if off. The one bad thing is the Greek Squad doesnt have tv repair in the story. They used to have it inside the store. I took it in at 4:00pm & didnt know you had to make an appt. The salesman sd i had to make an appt. So I took the earliest one 7:30pm. So i asked when would it be ready? He said about 3 weeks. I said you could travel to the moon & back in that time. So I took my tv & brought it back at 7:30pm. The made took all of 5 mins filling out the paperwork. So I ask him when will it be back & he said in about 3 to 8 weeks. I said oh my gosh that is to Mars & back! But I got an email in about 5 days that they couldnt repair so I got My Full Purchase price back! So I bought another one like it.

Always get a warranty on all your purchases. I love the Geek Squad. They are always available to assist when the problem goes wrong with your electronics.

I purchased this with my LG G2 because, although they are rare, LG is not reliable when it comes to product defects. It was like pulling teeth to get LG to refund my LG G1 when he randomly died the first year of use (totally random and rare event). After taking months to get my refund I went with Geek Squad Protection on my next purchase. Best Buy has hands down the superior protection plan. Totally worth it on big purchases, in my opinion.
