Agents lead me to the right product for what I needed

Very nice to know that we have like an insurance to make sure everything keeps working for at least two years !!!

I will not make a purchase at Best Buy for any major products without buying the protection plan. I have replaced a TV before and a refrigerator multiple times. One thing I like about the protection plan is they will come out to your home and repair your items but if it's going to cost too much to repair it there go ahead and give you a gift card or allow you to exchange it for something else. Just so happened this time I was able to exchange it for a cheaper refrigerator because it was Black Friday so I was able to use the extra money left over to purchase a TV. Do not purchase anything without buying a protection plan. There's nothing better than knowing that your items are going to be working for the next 5 years. In my opinion as many items that I purchased as you can see I'm Elite Plus, items are not made like they used to and without protection, i would be out of thousands of dollars.

I purchased a Geek Squad 5 year protection for my new LG 65 inch Oled TV C4. Best buy is the only company i found that will cover burn in for an OLED TV.

I have never paid for a extended warranty in my life I always thought they were worthless as the life of the product should last longer than what the warranty is offering. But I’m so glad I did. I had bought my dad a TV for Christmas and two years later some thing went out in it. I called the geek squad and they came out within a day and took a look at it. Unfortunately, my dad’s TV had been Discontinued. The part that they needed was unavailable. So they let my dad pick out a brand new TV comparable to the one that he had. Within a couple days they were back at the house installing and setting up the TV. I will always get an extended warranty on some things so expensive.

5 year protection plan was affordable and gives you a extra layer of assistance if something goes wrong with your purchase.

Great thing to have, some people say it will never go bad. Well if the manufactures warranty is 1 year and the TV gets hit by lightning surge and Fry's the circuitry 1 year and 1 day later you are out of luck. If you have one of these plans your covered.

It’s a protection plan, I mean what can you really say?

Hope I do not need to use this. But bought an open box TV and this gives me peace of mind.

Thankfully, I haven't had to call them about my tv, but I've had good luck with them in the past of laptops and other pcs.

This comes in handy when your trusty electronics decide to break down.

The geek squad has never disappointed me. Anytime i called with a issue they guided me through each step with no problem.

My last TV started having problems/ So the 5 year warranty came in handy
