Great service to get had it with my phone allows u to keep the value under the warranty to atleast replace or get a newer item to use for just one payment worth using and keeping track of. Especially for my tv that have a hard time with constant gaming and family movie watching

I always get my best buy products with extra warranty insurance. Have never had any issues with warranty work. Couple of years back I bought a refrigerator and the ice maker was repaired 3 times. After the fourth time the ice maker broke best buy lemoned the refrigerator and worked up the paper work then told me to pick out a new refrigerator with store credit of the original cost of the faulty lemonade refrigerator. Great investment.

This protection plan is priceless to me because it allows me to enjoy my television. I don’t have to worry about if it will die on me like my Samsung did after 4 yrs. I will never buy Samsung again because their quality control on screens and laptops has gone way down. They are in such a rush to bring products to the market, they aren’t testing them properly. This plan will probably never get any use because my Hisense Tv seems to be working as should, but ya never really know. And that’s the great part of it because if it does act up - I’m covered for full five years.

I purchased the 5 year warrant thank God I did. The tv went bad in the fourth year and I was able to get the money back I paid for the tv and got a brand new tv. Well worth it.

I always purchase these. Prices are good. I use to think these were a waste of money but now with newer technology I consider it necessary. Years ago I didn’t buy a plan and one day after warranty I had problems. You guessed it, had to buy another TV investing lots more money than the cost of a plan

For electronics and appliances, I always get as much protection as is offered. It pays off!

The colors are unbelievable. It has built in surround sound. There are more channels and apps to count. I am very happy with this purchase.

Really can’t give a review of service since I haven’t needed to use it. But I like knowing if something does go wrong with product purchased I have coverage at a reasonable cost.

It's the best protection plan I've bought. They came in and did a same-day repair on my TV and it was up and running. When it started having issues again and eventually died on me, Best Buy set me up with a new model of the same TV! Came the next day and dropped it off along with recycling the old TV for me. Gave me piece of mind and save me a lot of money.
