    They made it seem like this would protect your purchase from accidents when it only protects if your tv stops working because of manufacturing issues. I feel like they should state it clearly and I paid an extra 50 dollars for no reason.

    The tech was able to troubleshoot the issue while on the phone by having me unplug my TV. Now, why it keeps happening is a whole other issue while blaming the motherboard with no permanent solution. Maybe in a future Update? Until then, just keep unplugging it.
