    I purchased a sony 4K 65" TV in december that hasn't worked right since the beginning. I have been trying to get resolution with Geek squad and am rather frustrated. Notes from prior conversations with customer support people are not in the file and they cannot reconnect me with the agent with whom I previously spoke. Given this problem at the very beginning I am less confident in the service support I would receive in the future. I am returning the TV and the warranty
