Great warranty feature when something is not your fault. The only thing that does not cover is if its your fault such as dropping something or breaking it on purpose, but sure is helpful with laptops to avoid internal system breaks.

Great product for when the limited warranty runs out because the manufacturer often cannot do much until the product has surpassed that mark.

Purchased the plan for my new TV. I believe it’s better to be protected than not to be. You never know, if it stops working, I have backup.

I like the fact that there is 24 hr tech service. You can call and tech will walk you through trouble shooting protocols. Then if not resolved they will schedule an appointment.
