Geek Squad Service is a most have with todays products. The peace of mind you get by knowing that for 5 years you have the protection of your investment by a solid group of professionals. I have made some services calls for some of the articles that I have purchased and have had issues and the service that I receive is 5 starts always.

Can’t go wrong with the Geek squad!! They not only know about tv’s, computers & laptops but cell phones as well!! 2 thumbs up!!

I'm writing this because LG wouldn't fix my TV that was having ghosting problems , but as soon as the geek squad took a look I got a new TV

I think it's important to get the protection plan. The first time I used it was for my dyson cordless vacuum. I got a completely new one because it could not be fixed in the store. But of course for the new one you would have to purchase a new protection plan. I've also purchased it for a TV but since it was my son who threw something at the TV (accidentally) and the screen looked chatterd it definitely was not covered. All I could get back was the protection plan money because it was still under the year I purchased it on.

Haven't used it on the purchase I just made, but have used them before and the service is great. Will always purchase alongside any big purchase.

I’ve yet to use the service but worth the value! Always get extra protection.

Geek squad has some of the best protection for customers. They’re one of the few businesses left that doesn’t treat their customer’s insurance/protection coverage like it’s a personal inconvenience to them, or operate it like a scam and not actually protect your purchase when you try to get them to honor it. I don’t usually opt for “protection” because it is usually a scam. I do at Best Buy though, because they’re known for actually honoring their protection agreements.

THE GEEK SQUAD IS A GOOD VALUE. IF YOU VALUE PEACE OF MIND.

I always purchase a Geek Squad Protection plan on large purchases. I feel better with the Geek plan than the item's manufacturing warranty. When using the warranty through the manufacturer, many problems evolve: ie time for replacement/repairs, shipping the item to the manufacturer, communication, etc. I had to use my Geek Squad protection plan on two large purchases and I was highly satisfied with the results!

If you purchase something with relatively high value, protect it with Geek Squad!

Great price for the warranty on my son 43 inch Samsung tv. I would definitely recommend get one for your children items.

I haven't had to use the protection plan yet because the TV is still new and working fine but I will say that previous experiences with other items were good experiences. So much that when I wanted "piece of mind" about the purchase of my new TV, The Geek Squad protection was clearly the best choice.

Excellent service and an affordable solution 10/10 would recommend.

Out of all warranties I’ve ever purchased Geek Squad is the only ones I truly trust.

Geek squad is the best. Always very helpful and friendly and eager to get the job done. Sometimes there is a bit of wait time but that is telling me they are busy because they know what they are doing and fix problems.
